Thursday: Day 1 > Phys. Ed. VALENTINE’S DAY PARTY
Friday: NO SCHOOL

In Language Arts…Today we had the spelling pretest. If your child brings home their green spelling notebook, he/she will have homework. Any misspelled words must be written 3 times each, every day of the week. We will have the final test on Thursday.

Review the vocabulary words in the blue notebook. There will be a new set of words written on Tuesday.

A Decodable Reader will be sent home on Wednesday. Please listen to your student read this several times until it becomes fluent. Sign the book and send it back.

Keep working on our reading strategies. As you listen to your child read, use the paper that was sent home to review these strategies.

Math…We are still working on Unit 5, continuing with solid figures.

Please send in your valentines on or before Thursday.

-Homework is to listen to your child read any book he/she is interested in every day and then add it to your reading log.
