Last Friday, we celebrated our success in Spring Math! The class enjoyed an extra recess in our room. They have once again reached another goal. The students are now moving on to fact families. They need to add and subtract to 5, finding missing numbers. I am really proud of them!

In Language Arts…The lessons for this story will be carried over break. The assessments will be given the first week of December.

Please review the vocabulary words in the blue notebook.

Keep working on our reading strategies. As you listen to your child read, use the paper that was sent home to review these strategies.

Math…Unit 3 continues. Any papers that come home are yours to keep and review.

Keep practicing the fact flashcards.

Wednesday we will be taking part in the PBIS Veteran’s Program. Ask your child what they did and learned today.

-Homework is to read any book your child is interested in every day and then add it to your reading log. At this time, your child needs to read the books to you, so if you are in need of books on his/her level send me a note or message.

There will not be a Friday Folder sent home this week.
I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving and a fabulous week!
